Billing questions
How billing works.
How are users counted?+
Each active person on your team who signs in is one user. Adding someone adds a user to your next bill, prorated; removing someone stops their charge. Patients never count.
Can we change plans later?+
Yes — upgrade or downgrade from Settings → Billing at any time. Changes take effect immediately and are prorated.
What happens when the trial ends?+
Choose a plan and add a payment method to continue. If you don't, your workspace becomes read-only: you can still view and export everything, but not add or change records.
Do you offer annual billing?+
Yes. Annual plans cost the same as ten months — two months free.
Is tax included?+
Prices are in US dollars and exclude any sales tax that applies to your location.
