Draft for review by counsel. This text outlines the intended structure and standard terms. It is not legal advice and will be replaced with counsel-approved language before AminoLiance accepts customers.
How AminoLiance handles information about the people who use the Service. Patient information is handled on behalf of practices under the Business Associate Agreement.
1. Information about users
We collect account details (name, work email, role, practice), security information (sign-in times, network addresses, devices for active sessions) and usage records needed to operate and secure the Service.
2. Patient information
Information that practices enter about their patients is protected health information. We process it only on the practice's instructions and under the Business Associate Agreement; we do not sell it or use it for advertising.
3. Payments
Subscription payments are handled by our payment processor. We receive billing contact details and payment status, never full card numbers. No patient information is shared with the processor.
4. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to protect signing links. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
5. Early-access requests
If you request early access on our website, we keep the details you give us — your name, work email, practice name, state, team size, the plan you're interested in and any note — to contact you about AminoLiance, and we delete them on request. To limit abuse, the website counts requests from each network address using a one-way code that changes every day and is deleted after two days.
6. Retention and your choices
We keep account information while your practice subscribes and as required for security and legal obligations. Contact your practice administrator or us to access or correct your account information. [Counsel: state privacy-law rights and contact details.]
